  • Statement on MANSCAPED, Inc.’s Response to COVID-19

    Dear Valued Customer,

    As always, the health and safety of our customers and employees are of utmost importance to us. Given the latest updates regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to assure you that we've taken all the necessary actions to protect you so that you can be confident when you shop with us.

    With helpful guidelines and safety information provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we have made changes to our operations company-wide. While the majority of our staff is able to work from home, there are critical members of our team that must continue to work in our warehouse and fulfilment centers. We are watching the situation closely and have put safety precautions in place to reduce the possibility of the spread of COVID-19 within our own supply chain and our third-party partners. Our goal is to ensure that our company and partners are following all precautionary and mandated guidelines.

    Ensuring that we make every decision with the care and concern of our customers and team members in mind, we have eliminated all non-essential personnel from reporting to an office and have put additional personal protective equipment measures and added cleaning and disinfecting schedules in place for our essential employees that must physically report to work. We understand that there are third-party delivery companies that deliver the last mile of our orders, and we recommend using proper precautions.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Typically shipping takes about 3-7 business days but our shipping partners have reported delays in processing as a result of the global pandemic COVID-19. As a company that focuses heavily on customer satisfaction, this delay is not taken lightly by anyone on our team. We truly appreciate your business and your patience while we navigate this ongoing situation.
  • How do I manage my Replenishment Plan?

    You can instantly access your account by clicking the "Sign In" link located in our site's main navigation menu. If you've never signed in, use the link to create an account with the email used for your order. Once signed in, click "Replenishments" to make changes.

  • Where can I check on the status of my order?

    You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. You can also instantly access your account by clicking on the "Sign In" link that is located at the top right part of the MANSCAPED homepage. Once logged in, you may access your replenishments, current, and past orders.

  • How often should I replace The Lawn Mower 2.0 & 3.0 blade module?

    Regular maintenance of any blade head is highly recommended for peak performance and optimal hygiene. A new blade module ensures optimum performance by preventing pulled hair, nicks and irritation. Replacing your blade module also helps keep unwanted bacteria and pathogens (typically derived from water, hair, and dirt) at bay. This is why we recommend replacing your blade module every 3 months. Plus, every time the blade module is replaced, it's like using a new trimmer!

    Change Your Blade in Less Than 10 Seconds

    Flip: Hold the trimmer facing you, place your thumb in the middle of the blade and press gently forward to snap it out of the handle.

    Click: Place the bottom of the new blade module into the slot on the handle and press it gently down to snap in place.

  • How often should I replace the blade for The Plow?

    We recommend changing blades every time you shave, sometimes twice in one session, depending on if you’re shaving other body parts as well as your balls. And yes, you can use The Plow to shave your legs, your back, your chest, and anywhere you want to look smooth.

    You may think it is overkill to change the blades each time you shave, but trust us, there are reasons for it:

    • 1. A fresh blade gives you optimal shaving performance (think: extreme smoothness).
    • 2. It reduces razor burn.
    • 3. Not only that but a new Plow blade or two each time you shave is the most sanitary option since you can spread bacteria and germs from one part of your body to another.

    Here at Manscaped, we’re men of our word. Manscaped believes a firm handshake is all you need to create a Gentleman’s Agreement.     The Lawn Mower is designed for below-the-waist grooming. However, many of our customers use The Lawn Mower 2.0 and 3.0 on their entire body.

    When it comes to using the Lawn Mower 2.0 and 3.0 we recommend hovering over the pubic area with the fixed, metal blade parallel to the skin while being conscious of the delicate area. Every Lawn Mower comes with adjustable guards. We recommend using the guards until you become comfortable with your manscaping tools. Please remember to go slow and steady while operating the Lawn Mower. Also, please remember to fully charge your Lawn Mower 2.0 prior to use.

  • How often should I replace blades for The Plow?

    We recommend changing blades every time you shave, sometimes twice in one session, depending on if you’re shaving other body parts. And yes, you can use The Plow was created for the face only. Do not use it on any other parts of your body.

  • How do I update my address?

    Log into your account by clicking the "Sign In" link in our site's main navigation menu. If you've never signed in before, create an account using the email associated with your order. Once signed in, click "Account & Billing" then "Edit Address".
  • How to use the Shears 2.0?

    To use the Shears 2.0, unlatch the magnetic case to access your stainless steel tools. Pull out the spring loaded nail clippers and they will pop open. Insert the finger nail that you wish to trim in between the jaws of the clipper. Press down on the lever to cut the nail. In order to close the nail clipper press the inner lever down, fold them and reinsert them into the case.
  • How do you clean the device, how often?

    The Shears 2.0 are made from premium stainless steel. They can be safely cleaned and disinfected with most available cleaning solutions. For the case, we recommend wiping it with a cloth dampened with water.
  • What are the product’s dimensions?
