  • Statement on MANSCAPED, Inc.’s Response to COVID-19

    Dear Valued Customer,

    As always, the health and safety of our customers and employees are of utmost importance to us. Given the latest updates regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to assure you that we've taken all the necessary actions to protect you so that you can be confident when you shop with us.

    With helpful guidelines and safety information provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we have made changes to our operations company-wide. While the majority of our staff is able to work from home, there are critical members of our team that must continue to work in our warehouse and fulfilment centers. We are watching the situation closely and have put safety precautions in place to reduce the possibility of the spread of COVID-19 within our own supply chain and our third-party partners. Our goal is to ensure that our company and partners are following all precautionary and mandated guidelines.

    Ensuring that we make every decision with the care and concern of our customers and team members in mind, we have eliminated all non-essential personnel from reporting to an office and have put additional personal protective equipment measures and added cleaning and disinfecting schedules in place for our essential employees that must physically report to work. We understand that there are third-party delivery companies that deliver the last mile of our orders, and we recommend using proper precautions.

    We ship all orders from our UK location. You may receive tracking information once your order ships, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • How long does shipping take?

  • How often should I replace The Lawn Mower 2.0 blade module?

    Regular maintenance of any blade head is highly recommended for optimal hygiene. Our replacement blade module design makes it easy to keep unwanted bacteria and pathogens (typically derived from water, hair, and dirt) at bay. Also, regular replacement of your blade module ensures optimum performance. We recommend replacing your blade module every 3 months. Plus, every time the blade module is replaced, it's like using a new trimmer!
  • What is SkinSafe™ technology in The Lawn Mower 2.0?

    Manscaped uses SkinSafe™ technology in The Lawn Mower 2.0, which utilizes a proprietary flexible ceramic blade to maintain a smoother cutting process that is less likely to cut or nick your skin.
  • How often should I replace the blade for The Plow?

    We recommend changing blades every time you shave, sometimes twice in one session, depending on if you’re shaving other body parts as well as your balls. And yes, you can use The Plow to shave your legs, your back, your chest, and anywhere you want to look smooth.

    You may think it is overkill to change the blades each time you shave, but trust us, there are reasons for it:

    • 1. A fresh blade gives you optimal shaving performance (think: extreme smoothness).
    • 2. It reduces razor burn.
    • 3. Not only that but a new Plow blade or two each time you shave is the most sanitary option since you can spread bacteria and germs from one part of your body to another.
  • What is Active pH Control™ in Manscaped formulations?

    "Active pH Control™ is a special blend of ingredients that both protects the skin's acid mantle while still cleansing and treating it effectively. It prevents unwanted sweaty balls while keeping everything else perfectly balanced."
  • How do I use my Manscaped products?

    Here are the steps to get you going on your way to refinement.

    Step 1: Trim

    Open up the Magic Mat shaving mat and set it on the bathroom floor. Stand on both sides of it. Take The Lawn Mower 2.0 trimmer, adjust the guard to fit your desired cut length, and turn it on. Enjoy your trimming experience knowing that the Magic Mat will catch any hair trimmings. After trimming, carefully fold up the Magic Mat and dispose.

    Step 2: Wash

    When showering, take a quarter size amount of Crop Cleanser all-in-one body wash and apply all over for a luxurious lather and wash. Crop Cleanser has been formulated to be both a shampoo and moisturizer, and a little goes a long way. While in the shower, use The Plow for a closer shave, if needed. Dry yourself.

    Step 3: Refresh, Refine, Prep

    Before dressing, rub together a dime-size amount of Crop Preserver anti-chafing, moisturizing deodorant and apply to manscaped regions. It dries with no residue to leave a silky smooth finish. Lastly, take Crop Reviver refreshing spritz formulation and apply. You can spritz as needed throughout the day.

    Step 4: Finishing Touches

    Don't forget about your nails, feet, and scent. As a finishing touch, give your nails a quick trim with The Shears nail kit, and protect your feet with the antifungal Foot Duster. After dressing, apply a spritz or two of Manscaped Refined Cologne.

    Here at Manscaped, we stand behind our products and value our customers. The Lawn Mower 2.0 comes with a 1-year warranty for any manufacturer defects.
  • Can I use The Lawn Mower 2.0 elsewhere?

    The Lawn Mower 2.0 is designed for below the waist and body grooming. You are welcome to use it elsewhere. The 6,000 cutting strokes per minute motor can handle even the densest of forests. It features our QuietStrokeTM Technology for ultra quiet operation and low vibration and our SkinSafe Anti-Nick Feature to prevent those pesky nicks and snags.
